Who We Are

The story of Frams Studio began to unfold in 2019 when the paths of Michal and Lukáš crossed at one desk in an office. At that time, both were still freelancers, constructing their own perspectives on creation and methods for best interpreting unbuilt architecture and design through visualizations.

The same approach to distinguishing the essential from the unnecessary throughout the creative process became the foundation of their collaboration. Shared musical taste also played an important role.

Now, at Frams, we believe in the power of collaborative creativity to shape impactful architectural visualizations, guided by essential design principles. Our journey is dedicated to making a meaningful mark in the world of visualizations.

  • · Attracted to architecture from an early age, he devoted his time to various creative activities including modelling and drawing.

    · After studying graphic and packaging design he got a job making 3D product graphics at an ad agency. However, the desire to develop his skills brought him to architecture.

    · Making photorealistic 3D pictures enables him to be creative while constantly improving his feel for the natural light and skill in finding attractive compositions. But first and foremost to create something with passion and enthusiasm.

    · He likes to devote his free time to sports, travel and searching for new sources of inspiration outside his main line of work.

  • · After receiving an architecture degree from Prague’s CVUT and Stockholm’s KTH he spent ten years working at A69-architects where he gained experience in all the aspects of architectural work, from designing and presenting projects to overseeing construction.

    · His passionate desire to turn architectural plans and visions into realistic-looking images before they are built led him seamlessly to the area of architectural rendering.

    · He believes that the path to a spirited iconic image leads through identifying the key themes, shapes and colours of the project at hand and concentrating on them.

  • · During his architecture studies, he discovered the world of 3D graphics. Even though he worked in several architecture studios, his path naturally led him deeper into the world of visualizations. · He believes that the spaces and landscapes around us have a quiet power, inspire creativity, shape our sense of beauty, and help us understand space better. These moments are very important in his creative work. He sees creating an architectural image as a unique story — from the first idea to the final visualization.

    · In his free time, he enjoys riding his bike in nature, which helps him relax and find inspiration. Another big hobby of his is growing plants, which he sees as a quiet and patient art — similar to creating visualizations.
