The Nová Waltrovka project represents an opportunity for us to convey the atmosphere of a place with a rich industrial heritage, transforming it into a vibrant modern city district. This residential area is undergoing revitalization on the site of the renowned Walter aircraft engine factory. Our goal was to capture not only the aesthetics of the new residential and commercial spaces but, above all, the sense of community and experience this space will offer to residents and visitors alike. We aimed to bring a unique character to this district, where streets come alive with cafés, shops, and green spaces inviting people to pause and relax.
