Vinohradská 8

For the developers Penta Real Estate and PSN, we created architectural visualizations for the Vinohradská 8 project, which is being built on the site of the former Transgas complex. Designed by Jakub Cigler Architects, the new development restores a prestigious location in the heart of Prague, blending contemporary architecture with the city’s historical context.
The project will offer office and retail spaces along with residential apartments, centered around green courtyards and a pedestrian zone that will greatly enhance the quality of the public space along Vinohradská Street.

Our visualizations capture the connection between urban life, modern design, and the calm of the inner courtyard—key themes of this ambitious project scheduled for completion in 2028.
